Will Call gives you a list of all the people who are on the list for a show. You can click the check box to mark the person as checked in once they’ve arrived to the venue:
- This is also where you can edit individual will call entries to make note of special requests:
- You can also add comped tickets or guest list entries by clicking “Add Person” at the bottom of the page.
- On the add screen you have the option to choose a ticket type or to choose “Guest List”
- “Guest List” will allow you to add someone to the guest list ignoring current inventory. It doesn’t assign them to a specific ticket type and may not be suitable for all situations.
Choosing a standard ticket type will remove that quantity of inventory from the existing inventory, meaning it can no longer be sold to customers. It will not allow you to exceed available inventory:
