If a customer requests a seat change, an administrative feature let you switch the seat or seats to other locations of the same price. The new ticket will be emailed instantly to the customer.

Customer and Order Management
Refund purchases instantly to the card originally used by the customer. Tessera supports refunds by credit card, cash, check, or store credit.
If a customer desires, refund their purchase to store credit to a credit code that can be used for future ticket purchases.
Customer can’t find their tickets? No problem. Instantly resend them by email, or have the customer choose another email address if they are encountering delivery problems.
Reports and Analytics
Schedule automated emails to promoters and agents with ticket sales counts.
Need to synchronize transactions with your accounting system? Tessera has a complete transactions report so you can filter by current month (or custom time period) and view details of every transaction, including the transaction ID with the underlying payment gateway. Breaks down payment method, type of card (and last 4 digits), subtotal, fees, taxes, shipping, and full total. Discounts and refunds are also considered.
